Return + Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an items totaling over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for refund or exchange:

  1. Item must be in the same condition as originally shipped to the customer.
  2. Item must be shipped to us before any refund or exchange is made.
  3. Include Order Number, reason for return, and if you would like a Refund Item or an Exchange Item.

DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE STACKED. 

All sales are final. No exceptions.

ALL BLACK FRIDAY SALES ARE FINAL. 

To start a return, you can contact us at moodpiercings@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will ship the package to us and we will refund or exchange your order.  

Rules for Return or Exchange:

  1. In order to return an item, you MUST contact our customer service first by emailing moodpiercings@gmail.com, with a request to return for refund/exchange. Customer service will provide further instructions.
  2. Item must be in the same condition as originally shipped to the customer.
  3. Item must be shipped to us before any refund or exchange is made.
  4. Include Order Number, reason for return, and if you would like a Refund Item or an Exchange Item.
If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake made by us, like receiving an incorrect item or size, please include details in the email to Customer Service and include a note inside the package to help inform our customer support team. In this case, you will be reimbursed your entire purchase price, including return shipping costs.

If by chance you are returning the item as a result of improper fit, dislike in color, dislike of style, etc. you must email Customer Service before hand. Please include a note in the package for the desired Exchange Item or the reason for the return. You will only be reimbursed for the cost of the item and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Earrings are all final sale. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
