Shipping

We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Shipping occurs on Monday — Friday excluding national holidays.

Items ordered on Friday after 3 p.m. MST, as well as items ordered Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. Standard shipping can take up to 3-5 business days to process prior to ship. We primarily ship through USPS.

Please Note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.

FREE SHIPPING ON JEWELRY-ONLY ORDERS

Free shipping via standard services is available to all jewelry orders. No minimum order value is required. Free shipping on jewelry orders is available in the US only.

LOST PACKAGES POLICY

If your package is marked as delivered, please reach out to the carrier for assistance first in finding it. If the carrier does not have information on your package please reach out
