Refund policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return for In-Store Credit Only.

Mood Jewelry offers Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Mood Jewelry, we want every piece you order to make you feel amazing. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

💫 Returns

  • We accept returns for store credit only within 21 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect or you purchased Checkout+ at checkout- in that case a prepaid label will be provided.

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Store credit will be issued via email.

  • Customer Support Hours are M-F 8 am-5 pm (MST). Please allow up to 1 business day for a response. Thank you for your patience while we take care of you

✨ Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you'd like a different item or size, we recommend returning your original item for store credit and placing a new order using that credit.

🚫 Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Sale items

  • Promotional or discounted pieces

  • Mystery items

  • PR boxes

  • Gift cards

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at moodjewelrycs@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right.

Shipping

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for our team to process your order once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

  • Weekend & Holidays: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will begin processing the following business day.

  • Shipping Address: We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check before submitting your order.

  • Delivered but Missing Packages: We are not responsible for any orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are missing. In this case, we recommend checking with your local post office and filing a claim with the carrier directly.

  • Order Cancellations: We are unable to cancel any order once it has been placed.
