We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return for In-Store Credit Only.

Mood Jewelry offers Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

We accept returns for store credit only within 21 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect or you purchased Checkout+ at checkout- in that case a prepaid label will be provided.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Store credit will be issued via email.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at moodjewelrycs@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right.

Shipping

Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for our team to process your order once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Weekend & Holidays: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Address: We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check before submitting your order.

Delivered but Missing Packages: We are not responsible for any orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are missing. In this case, we recommend checking with your local post office and filing a claim with the carrier directly.
